We use wholegrain stoneground rye flour from East Anglia, grown for us by Flourish Farms in Cambridgeshire and milled by Gilchesters in Hertfordshire. Cherries, plums, walnuts, sea buckthorn, medlars, quince, and of course apples and pears. We use these harvests from each season to produce jams, jellies, cordials, and sauces, in the the baked goods we make for our weekly bakery and events at Wakelyns.
